We spent a beautiful fall weekend with Lammers cousins hunting the wiley ring-necked pheasant through tree belts, sloughs, pastures and cornfields. As always, we enjoyed a lot of laughs and shared a few stories throughout the weekend.
Plowing through cattails, kochia weed and wild sunflowers to flush out the birds is a great workout program. By the way my legs feel today, I need to find work as a walker for a pheasant guide and I’d be in shape in no time.
Now, if I only had “Pheasant Monday” to recuperate as my kids do from school today!
Below are a few of my favorite photos, you can see all of them at http://lammersdesign.pixieset.com/pheasantopener.
