My 365 | Week 45

5.4.14 – 5.10.14

Rounded up the bulls and herded them south to my in-laws’ place. They’ll enjoy a green pasture to themselves before turn-out with the ladies later this spring.330-365-0504-0780

Spring concert night for Miller Elementary. Can you spot my middle son? He’s the super excited one in the front row.331-365-0505-9904

One shouldn’t ever be surprised at what a farm kid might haul around in his little red wagon.

My baby was so proud to finish his first year of preschool. A few days after this, he asked how long 10 years was. I told him he would be 14 then. He squealed with delight replying, “I will be a HIGH SCHOOLER then!!! I can’t wait to be a high schooler!!!” Sad, sad mama here.

We took dad supper in the field and had a few foot races while waiting for him to get back to our end of the field.335-365-0509-9981

Had a nice little rain shower go through. Gentle enough that this ginormous drop collected on my tulip leaf.334-365-0508-0330

My mom came up to help out with a few things. Before I let her go home, she helped me set up for Mother’s Day photos I would be taking the following day. She and the kids were my models, making sure I had everything set correctly. It was the end of a long day of playing and the kids were less than cooperative to get in a photo with grandma or me.
