My 365 | Week 36

3.2.14 – 3.8.124

Today marked the last recital performance of the dance season. Tricia wasn’t ready for it to be done. She loves dance and is counting the days until we begin again in August.

Jimmy earned his keep after the snow. Love this kid.

“I’ll huff and I’ll puff and I’ll BLOW your house down!” Jake played the Big Bad Wolf in his preschool’s rendition of The Three Little Pigs. Each child got their turn at every part so they all got real good at telling the story by the end of school.

The view from my kitchen window this morning. Brady feeding the cows. They’re so pretty blanketed in snow.

Hotel and pizza in bed – perfect! This would never be allowed at home and that’s part of what makes vacation so fun!

We snuck away for a quick weekend trip to the Black Hills. We skied all day Saturday. Before leaving, I made everyone go back out to the slopes. So glad we did – it looks like we had the place to ourselves! It really cleared out quickly after the lifts shut down.
